Hey 👋🏽, I’m Nathan.

I write long-form content that drives traffic, builds trust, and generates leads for B2B software companies.

Let’s see how I can do the same for you.

Does this sound familiar?

📉 Your content ranks but doesn’t convert.

🥱 Your readers are experts, but your articles offer surface-level advice.

🫩 Your content team is tapped out. Everyone is busy and you don’t have enough hands to do the work you know needs to be done.

📈 Meaningful traffic that drives qualified leads and demo requests.

🧩 Product-led content that subtly showcases your product while solving real problems.

🔍 Differentiated content anchored on insights from internal and external subject matter experts (SMEs).

🧘‍♀️ Extra hands to lighten your team’s load, so you can scale content without losing quality or your mind.

I have the most experience writing for B2B software companies in marketing, sales, automation, productivity, ecommerce, HR, digital security, and project management. If that’s you, let’s talk.

Services

Ready to work with me? Here’s what my kick-off process often looks like:

1. We’ll have a 30-minute discovery call (or email chat) to go over your goals and see if we’re a good fit.

2. Based on what you need, I’ll send over a detailed proposal outlining the scope, deliverables, and timelines.

3. Once we’re aligned, I’ll get access to the materials I need. Docs like briefs, customer insights, and brand guidelines.

4. I’ll send you an outline for each piece, where you can leave feedback and comments. After that, I’ll start writing.

5. I’ll send you a draft. The delivery timeline varies based on the scope.

6. You leave edits in the draft. I’ll address them (for up to two rounds of revision) and send your ready-to-publish draft.

That said, my process is flexible and I can adapt to your needs if needed.

My process

This is a general overview of the seven-step process I follow to create standout content.

1. Start with why

Before I write, I get clear on why the piece needs to exist.

What’s the goal? Who’s it for? What’s going to make this valuable?

Your content brief typically covers the basics, but I always dig deeper to ensure the strategy is solid before the writing begins.

2. Research, research, research

I roll up my sleeves and dive into SERP analysis, competitive research, and your customer data to find what real people are struggling with and where your content can stand out.

I’m looking for pain points, gaps, and opportunities.

3. Create an outline

I build a clear, logical structure to guide your reader from the first click to the call to action.

Expect skimmable headings, strategic flow, and content designed to keep busy B2B buyers reading.

4. Gather source material

Time to bring in the heavyweights. I look for industry reports, surveys, and studies.

I also conduct interviews and gather insights from internal and external SMEs.

I ensure that every claim is backed and every example is relevant.

5. Write the first draft

With everything in place, I get to work writing a draft that’s clear, engaging, and moves readers naturally from problem to solution.

You’ll see your product woven in, complete with screenshots or real-world examples where they make sense.

6. Optimize for the machines

First, I write for humans.

Then, I fine-tune for search engines and AI overviews.

That means placing keywords where they belong, using structured data where it helps, and implementing on-page SEO that doesn’t kill the vibe.

7. Edit until it sings

I sharpen the intro, tighten the copy, kill the fluff, and make sure every sentence earns its place.

I make a final review so you get content that’s publish-ready without a dozen rounds of edits.

The proof is in the pudding

My work has helped clients save $120K+ they otherwise would have spent on ads. My articles helped attract the same level of traffic, leading to a long-term, cost-effective solution for lead generation.

One article I wrote generated 82 email signups in just one month with a 2.9% conversion rate.

And there are many more like that. Content that drives results because they’re tied to real customer pain points.

Zero to 1,000+ monthly visitors in just 14 days.

$7.6K in monthly organic traffic value.

Got questions? I’ve got answers.

How long does it take to deliver a piece?

I’ll deliver most articles within 7–10 business days, depending on the scope and complexity. If you have a content calendar to keep up with, I’m happy to align my schedule with yours.

What’s your pricing model?

I offer both per-project pricing and monthly retainers. Blog posts start at $1000, and retainers (3–4 articles per month) start at $3,000/month.

What are your payment terms?

For retainer clients, I invoice monthly at the start of each month. Invoices are usually Net15 or Net30.

For new clients, I typically require 50% upfront and 50% on delivery for project-based work.

Can you also help with content strategy or keyword research?

Absolutely. While writing is my core service, I often assist clients with topic suggestions, keyword research, and content refresh recommendations to help them get even more value from each piece.
