Maybe it started when someone on your leadership team asked ChatGPT for the best tools in your category, and your product wasn’t in the answer, even though a competitor you usually beat on Google was.
Once you notice it, you start seeing the pattern everywhere. A prospect mentions on a sales call that they found you through an AI answer, organic clicks slip on queries where Google now shows an AI Overview, and then the board asks what the plan is for AI search. Often, the honest answer is that nobody owns it yet.
That’s usually when the search for an LLM SEO agency begins, and it gets tricky because agencies approach the problem in very different ways. Some start with technical access, others with the content AI answers cite, and a few with tying AI visibility to pipeline.
So in this guide, I’ve grouped 10 agencies that ChatGPT recommended by the kind of company each one fits best. I’m an independent SEO and content strategist, not an agency, and I’ll cover when that’s enough near the end.
The best LLM SEO agencies by what you need
- Breaking B2B for B2B SaaS teams that want SEO and LLM SEO run as one pipeline program
- Omniscient Digital for B2B software companies that need GEO, content, links, and digital PR from one team
- Contensify for B2B SaaS teams that want LLM SEO plus Reddit, YouTube, and content distribution
- LoudFace for Series A–C SaaS companies whose website needs AI visibility work and conversion fixes together
- iPullRank for enterprise brands with technically complex sites
- Directive for enterprise B2B tech companies that want AI visibility tied to demand generation
- Animalz for software companies that need expert-led content programs built for AI search
- Digital Elevator for mid-market B2B teams, including healthcare and life sciences, that want a free AI visibility baseline first
- DoodleWeb for teams that want weekly citation tracking across six AI engines
- TheProjectSEO for teams that want AI visibility measured all the way through to revenue on a smaller budget
How I chose these LLM SEO agencies
My starting assumption was simple. If an agency sells AI visibility, it should be able to earn some for itself. So rather than starting from a Google search, I asked ChatGPT two questions (“best LLM SEO agency,” followed by the same question for B2B SaaS) and shortlisted the agencies it recommended.
From there, I went through each agency’s own site and looked for four things.
- The agency has a defined LLM SEO method. In other words, it explains what it changes on and off your site instead of simply saying it “does GEO.”
- It publishes results you can check. I looked for case studies with AI visibility, citation, or pipeline numbers attached.
- It’s clear about who it works with. That way, you can rule it in or out quickly.
- It shares at least some pricing. Six of the 10 list a starting price, and I’ve included it wherever they do.
I also left tools and platforms off this list. If you’d rather track AI visibility in-house, the roundup of the best AI visibility tools is a better place to start, and if you’re specifically looking for agencies framed around generative engine optimization, there’s a separate list of the best GEO agencies.
What ChatGPT’s recommendations reveal about LLM SEO
Interestingly, the sources behind ChatGPT’s answer were just as telling as the agencies in it. Almost every recommendation cited either the agency’s own website or another agency’s website. Digital Elevator’s site, for example, was cited for four recommendations (including its own), while Breaking B2B’s was cited for two.
In other words, you’re watching LLM SEO work in plain sight. The agencies that publish clear, specific comparison content about their own category are the ones that get pulled into the answer.
Your buyers’ AI answers work exactly the same way, which means that if nobody has published a credible page comparing the options in your category, you included, the model will build its answer from whoever has.

Best LLM SEO agencies for B2B SaaS pipeline
If your board cares about AI visibility mainly because of what it does to revenue, start with these four. They work mostly with B2B software companies, and they report results in demos, qualified leads, and pipeline rather than traffic alone.
1. Breaking B2B
Breaking B2B is a B2B SaaS SEO and AEO agency led by founder Sam Dunning. What sets it apart is that it treats SEO and LLM SEO as a single program with a heavy emphasis on bottom-of-funnel content. The agency has worked with more than 50 B2B and SaaS companies so far.

Its work with Proposify is the clearest example of that approach in action. Proposify’s demos rose 115% and its AI search visitors rose 91%, and along the way the brand started getting cited in ChatGPT for queries like “best proposal software” and “GetAccept alternatives.” Beyond Proposify, the agency reports 10x organic traffic growth for Fibbler and a jump from five to 32 organic demos a month for VerifyTreatment. It also builds a custom 90-day revenue plan before you commit, so you can see its thinking before you sign anything.
Choose Breaking B2B when you want AI citations on the commercial queries your buyers use to shortlist vendors, and you’d like the program judged on demos rather than traffic.
Plans start at $4,000 a month, although the agency says its average client spends more than $7,000.
2. Omniscient Digital
Omniscient Digital focuses on B2B software companies, and it runs generative engine optimization alongside SEO strategy, technical SEO, content production, link building, digital PR, and analytics. Its client list includes Jasper, 360Learning, Smartling, and Eppo by Datadog.

Its AI search results are also unusually specific. For Convert, LLM visibility grew 81% and AI citations rose 140% within 60 days, while OnBoard’s AI visibility increased 88%. On the revenue side, the agency reports generating $400,000 in qualified pipeline for Teambridge.
Choose Omniscient when you need on-site content and off-site mentions to grow together, and you’d rather hire one team than coordinate a content agency and a PR firm yourself.
Keep in mind that it sits at the top of this list on price, since full-service engagements start at $10,000 a month.
3. Contensify
Contensify was founded by Vanhishikha Bhargava and builds what it calls pipeline-led content for B2B SaaS companies. Alongside LLM SEO, GEO, and AEO, its services cover full-funnel content, technical SEO, link building, YouTube SEO, and Reddit and community visibility, and the team works across offices in India, Dubai, Singapore, and the UK.

Their Reddit and YouTube work is the real differentiator here. Both platforms show up often in AI answers, yet few agencies on this list offer them as core services. As for results, its case studies report a 42% increase in qualified inbound leads for Appbrew, and organic search driving 70% of STOQ’s sales-qualified leads within six months.
Choose Contensify when you want your brand to show up in the communities and video results AI answers draw on, not just on your own site.
It doesn’t publish pricing, but it does say there’s no minimum contract.
4. LoudFace
LoudFace combines GEO, SEO, and AEO with conversion rate optimization and Webflow development, and it works with Series A–C B2B SaaS, fintech, and other funded companies. It’s also a Webflow Enterprise Partner, and most of its clients sit in fintech, healthtech, devtools, HR tech, and cybersecurity.

That combination solves a problem a lot of teams run into once AI answers start working for them. The visitors arrive, but the website they land on doesn’t convert them. LoudFace tackles both sides, and it reports taking Toku from zero to 97.8% AI visibility and lifting conversions 288% for Dimer Health.
Choose LoudFace when your site needs AI visibility work and a rebuild or conversion overhaul at the same time.
Retainers start at $5,000 a month with a three-month minimum.
Best LLM SEO agencies for enterprise and complex sites
Large sites tend to have LLM visibility problems that content alone won’t fix. Rendering issues, blocked crawlers, and inconsistent entity data across thousands of pages can keep a brand out of AI answers even when the content itself is strong. That’s where these three agencies come in, because they have both the depth and the client lists to work at that scale.
5. iPullRank
iPullRank is led by Mike King, and it calls its approach relevance engineering. Put simply, that means studying how AI models select information and then structuring content and sites so they get selected. The agency also publishes the AI Search Manual, a detailed guide to how AI search retrieves and cites content, and it’s worth reading before you talk to any agency on this list.

On the client side, iPullRank has worked with Target, Under Armour, American Express, Nordstrom, Adidas, and CVS Pharmacy, and it reports more than $5 billion in organic search results delivered across its clients.
Choose iPullRank when your site is large or technically complex, and you need an AI search strategy grounded in how retrieval systems work.
Pricing isn’t published, so expect a scoping call first.
6. Directive
Directive is a B2B performance marketing agency that has served more than 420 brands, including Calendly, Gong, ZoomInfo, and Uber Freight. Its GEO service covers entity and topic mapping, content restructuring for AI summaries, and structured data, and it’s backed by dashboards that connect citations to pipeline.

The Case Status engagement shows how that plays out. Directive built a dedicated LLM information page and restructured the site’s content into question-and-answer formats, and over nine months the brand went from no LLM presence to a leading position across 39+ tracked prompts. Better still, demo bookings came in 20% above forecast.
Choose Directive when AI search is one channel in a larger demand program, and you want paid, SEO, and AI visibility reported side by side.
Directive doesn’t publish pricing either.
7. Animalz
Animalz is a content agency for software companies, and its clients include Google, Amazon, Atlassian, Airtable, and Intercom. Its services now include answer engine optimization for Google AI Overviews and LLM tools, AI-assisted SEO, and AirOps implementation for content operations.

Because AI answers tend to favor content with original insight and clear expertise, Animalz’s editorial reputation carries over well. It also works across brand, demand generation, and product marketing teams, which helps when AI visibility touches more than just the blog.
Choose Animalz when your AI visibility problem is really a content quality problem, and you want an editorial team that can produce expert-led work at scale.
Like iPullRank and Directive, Animalz doesn’t publish pricing.
Best LLM SEO agencies for mid-market teams and citation tracking
If you’d like to see prices before you get on a call, this group is a good place to start. All three publish their pricing, start at lower monthly budgets than most of the list, and put measurement at the center of the work.
8. Digital Elevator
Digital Elevator works with mid-market B2B companies in healthcare, life sciences, biotech, medtech, B2B SaaS, edtech, and ecommerce, and its clients include McKesson and Kelly Services. You can start with its free AI Visibility Report, which maps where you appear in AI answers and, just as usefully, where you don’t.

From there, you pick from a priced, modular menu. Managed AEO and SEO costs $3,500 a month, an AI visibility program starts at $3,000, and AI visibility mentions and link building run $3,495 a month. As for results, the agency reports a 1,182% increase in LLM-referred sessions for Halo Labs.
Choose Digital Elevator when you want a baseline before committing a budget, or when you work in a regulated industry like healthcare or life sciences.
Paid services start at $3,000, and the AI Visibility Report is free.
9. DoodleWeb
DoodleWeb is a Seattle-based LLM SEO agency, and it publishes one of the most detailed methods on this list. Its program runs across eight workstreams, starting with prompt mapping and baseline citation tests, moving through crawler access, entity consistency, answer-first rewrites, and structured data, and finishing with external profile alignment and weekly reporting.

That weekly reporting is where DoodleWeb stands out. It tracks ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, and Microsoft Copilot separately, because each engine draws on different sources. It’s also refreshingly clear about timing, saying the first measurable citation changes usually appear 60 to 90 days after the priority work goes live. One thing to note is that its LLM SEO page doesn’t name clients, so ask for case studies on your first call.
Choose DoodleWeb when you want to see, week by week, which AI engine is moving and which competitor is getting recommended in your place.
Monthly retainers range from $4,000 to $12,000, and if you’d rather start smaller, focused sprints cost $8,000 to $20,000 over three to five weeks.
10. TheProjectSEO
TheProjectSEO is led by Aditya Aman, and it runs SEO, GEO, AEO, and LLM visibility tracking as a single program from teams in India and the Philippines. Its clients include Goodnotes and Helpling APAC.

What earned it a spot here is its measurement model. It reports in five stages, starting with eligibility (whether AI crawlers can reach and index a page) and moving through visibility, engagement, and qualified demand all the way to revenue. That structure keeps a program honest, because it stops anyone from celebrating citations that never turn into leads. For Expressway.PH, for example, it reports 3,400 tracked AI Overview appearances alongside 49,200 estimated monthly organic visits.
Choose TheProjectSEO when you want AI visibility reported all the way through to revenue without an enterprise budget.
Retainers start at $3,500 a month, which puts it among the most affordable options on this list.
What does an LLM SEO agency do?
An LLM SEO agency works to get your brand mentioned, cited, and recommended in answers from ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, and Google AI Overviews. The work covers technical access for AI crawlers, consistent entity information, content that answers buyer questions directly, mentions on third-party sites, and tracking which prompts include your brand.
If you’re wondering how that differs from GEO or AEO, the short answer is that it mostly doesn’t, since agencies use the three terms interchangeably. The bigger difference is with traditional SEO, and it comes down to where the win happens. Traditional SEO earns a ranking and a click, whereas LLM SEO earns a mention inside the answer, often before the buyer visits any website at all. As a result, third-party sources like review sites, Reddit threads, and comparison articles carry as much weight as your own pages. For the on-site side of the work, the guide to optimizing content for AI search goes into more detail.
How much do LLM SEO agencies cost in 2026?
Among the agencies on this list that publish pricing, LLM SEO retainers start somewhere between $3,500 and $10,000 a month. Mid-market agencies such as TheProjectSEO, Digital Elevator, and DoodleWeb start around $3,500 to $4,000, full-service B2B SaaS programs like Omniscient Digital start at $10,000, and enterprise agencies usually price on request.
What moves the price most is how much of the work the agency implements. A program that tracks prompts and recommends changes will cost less than one that rewrites your pages, deploys schema, and earns mentions on other sites. So when you compare quotes, ask each agency which of those tasks your team would still own.
Questions to ask an LLM SEO agency before you sign
Once you’ve narrowed it down to two or three agencies, these questions will quickly show you how each one thinks.
- Which prompts and AI engines will you track? Ask to see the prompt list itself, because it should reflect how your buyers phrase their questions rather than just your target keywords.
- What will you change on our site, and what will you do off it? A plan that ignores third-party mentions will miss a big share of what AI answers draw on.
- What should we see in the first 90 days? DoodleWeb puts the first citation changes at 60 to 90 days, while Directive’s Case Status result took nine months, so agree on early signals before you sign.
- How will we see this in pipeline? Citations are a leading indicator, so ask how the agency connects them to demos, qualified leads, or revenue.
- Who’ll do the work? Make sure you meet the people who’ll run your account, not just the person selling it.
When an LLM SEO consultant is enough
That said, not every team needs a $4,000-plus monthly retainer. If your site is technically sound and your main gap is the content AI answers draw on, a consultant can often build the plan and the pages without an agency’s overhead.
That’s the work I do as a B2B SEO consultant and content strategist.
I start by finding the bottom-of-funnel queries your buyers ask Google and AI tools, and then I write the comparison pages, alternatives articles, and best-of listicles those answers end up citing.
It’s the same approach that has earned first-place rankings and Google AI Overview appearances for commercial searches like “Rankshift review,” “TickTick review,” and “audience targeting platforms.”
For clients, it has also produced $36,000 in annual recurring revenue from a single article, along with an estimated $1.6 million a year in traffic value for Softr’s best knowledge management software article.
If that sounds like the gap you have, content strategy projects start at $1,500, strategy plus writing retainers start at $3,500 a month, and the Pipeline Sprint is a fixed $7,500 for 90 days.
Choose the agency that fits the gap you have
Before you book a single call, try this. Ask ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google the five questions your buyers are most likely to ask about your category, then note which competitors appear and which sources the answers cite. If the sources are mostly your competitors’ pages, you need content. If they’re review sites, Reddit threads, and other people’s lists, you need off-site work. And if your own site barely gets crawled, start with technical access.
Once you know which gap you’re dealing with, shortlist two agencies from the group that matches your company and put the questions above to both of them. If the gap turns out to be mostly content, book an intro call.
Frequently asked questions about LLM SEO agencies
Is LLM SEO different from GEO or AEO?
For the most part, no. LLM SEO, generative engine optimization (GEO), and answer engine optimization (AEO) describe the same goal, which is earning visibility inside AI-generated answers. Some people use AEO more narrowly for Google’s answer features like AI Overviews, but in practice you’ll learn more by comparing what agencies do than by comparing the labels they use.
Can an agency guarantee ChatGPT mentions?
No, and you should be wary of any agency that promises it. AI answers change between runs, models, and updates, so no one can guarantee that ChatGPT will mention your brand. A credible agency will instead commit to the work it controls, such as technical fixes, content, and outreach, and then track a defined set of prompts over time.
How long does LLM SEO take to work?
You can usually expect the first measurable changes in AI citations two to three months after the priority work goes live. DoodleWeb, for instance, puts first citation changes at 60 to 90 days. Broader results take longer, though, and Directive’s Case Status engagement took nine months to reach a leading position across 39+ tracked prompts.
How do you measure LLM visibility?
The most reliable way is to track a fixed set of buyer prompts across AI engines and record how often your brand appears, which competitors show up alongside you, and which sources get cited. Tools like Rankshift automate that tracking. From there, pair it with AI referral traffic in GA4 and the conversions those visits produce, so you can see whether citations are turning into pipeline.
