Pricing for B2B SaaS content writing and strategy
These are my starting rates as of September 2026. I confirm the final price in writing before any work starts, based on the scope we agree on a call.
Writing
Every article includes research, a brief you approve before writing, on-page SEO, and two revision rounds.
Researched articles, guides, and blog posts built to rank on Google and get cited by AI tools.
Comparison, alternatives, and best-software pages for buyers close to a decision.
$700 when you provide the interview transcript, or $850 when I find the expert, prepare the questions, and run the interview.
Posts for founders and executives, priced to the number of posts and the research each one needs.
Improving existing content
For pages that already have some visibility. I record a baseline first, so you can see what changed.
Titles, meta descriptions, headings, search intent, internal links, and content fixes, delivered in a shared document.
Outdated sections rewritten, missing subtopics added, and facts, prices, and screenshots updated.
On-page fixes or refreshes across 10 or more pages, with before-and-after reporting at four, eight, and 12 weeks.
Strategy
One-time projects that end with a plan your team can start on right away.
A content audit, a buyer-intent keyword and AI prompt map, a competitor gap analysis, a 90-day roadmap, and three briefs.
A deeper audit with a content decay report, a cluster and internal linking plan, eight briefs, and a 30-day review.
Ongoing work
For teams that want a steady publishing schedule with a strategy behind it.
A monthly content plan, articles and refreshes each month, and a monthly performance review.
A buyer-intent search strategy turned into six to 10 finished content assets built to rank and get cited by AI search.
FAQs
Questions about pricing
What affects the price of an article?
Length, research depth, and whether the piece needs product testing, interviews, or original data. Comparison and roundup pages that need hands-on testing of several tools sit toward the top of the range.
What’s included in the per-article price?
Keyword and search results research, a brief you approve before writing, the article, on-page SEO with titles, meta descriptions, and internal links, two revision rounds, and a 30-day performance check-in.
Do you require a long-term contract?
No. Articles and strategy projects are one-off, and retainers have no 12-month lock-in.
Where should we start?
If you know which topics you want, start with one or two articles to test the fit. If you’re not sure what to publish or fix first, start with a content strategy project.
How fast can you deliver?
Most articles are delivered within five to seven business days of brief approval. Strategy projects take about three weeks, or about five for Strategy Plus.
Not sure which option fits?
Tell me what you need content to do, and I’ll recommend a starting point on a 30-minute call.
